Here are some written testimonials that I have received. I would appreciate all your input so please e-mail me with your comments and suggestions.
Fritzi Farber: Just wanted to say that I thought the Christmas workshop was terrific this year. Even though I've enjoyed it in the past years, this was the best. We came away with 4 cards that are terrific.
Having it in the garage was great! I had doubts when you first said it would be held there. But fewer people meant more time with the instructors checking on us. The lighting was great, and I heard everything. I did not detect any echo or anything like that. Having the tables positioned as you did let everyone see fine, and made for more time and ease to get to know those at your table a little better.
Take care and again, thank you for all you do for the stampers in the area.
Stef Powell-Moulds: Thanks for a wonderful workshop experience, best yet!! I am sure it will take days to recover for everyone especially you and your two great teachers! Also thanks for the really nice cardstock prize.
Bunni Alessandrini: I just wanted you to know that I really enjoyed the class on Friday! The cards chosen are beautiful and really not that hard to make. Of course there may be some details forgotten but I am sure that I can figure out. Lorraine and Cindy did such a great job teaching us “gabby” women! All in all it was a success, I hope that the other 3 were just as successful. I did thank Lorraine and Cindy before I left, they both are talented women.
Thanks again, and I look forward to taking classes from you, as you are a great teacher and instructor and I enjoy learning from you. You do your job with a “smile” in your heart!
Kathie Hatfield: I really enjoyed the day yesterday. Cindy is quite talented. I haven’t met her before. Lorraine is always amazing. You’re lucky to have them nearby (well at least for part of the year).
Robin Orewiler: Just wanted to thank you so much for the great classes yesterday - I really enjoyed it. Your setup was wonderful! The layout of verse stamps on a table, plus the stations around the room really made things go smoothly and quickly. I love your idea of having the wet cloths to wipe off the stamps - so simple yet effective.
Samantha Hamby: I had a great time in class.
Lillian Murray: Judy Coulther and I enjoyed the class very much....I really was more into stamping, but was very impressed with what I learned....
Thank you
Patty Johnson: The workshop was very well planned and I am proud of the cards I made. Several of the techniques were new to me and that made it very enjoyable. thanks for everything.
Lorraine Revalee: You really did a wonderful job of organizing and everything moved along quite smoothly thanks to your adept skills.
Joann Bronske: I thought the class was very thorough. Both instructors did a great job. I was very satisfied with my cards. I think these were the best I have done.
Thanks for continuing the classes. I have a lot of traveling planned before Christmas, hopefully next year I will have more time for your wonderful classes. I also think this was the best setup you have ever had. Less people, more chance to get individual attention. Demonstrators were very good at explaining and answering our questions.
Nancy Walker: Your classes were great, and your teachers are very talented and imaginative. Best of all, was the shopping, of course! You know me! Since I have gone to work, I just can’t drive long distances to shop in specialty shops, and you have such a wide variety of artistic materials that I can drift around all day, just looking and dreaming. I love your examples, too. It really helps all of us come up with a reason to buy something…which is your ultimate goal, I know! I used to push certain products at the Crop Shop when I taught there…and at Scrappucino’s, too. Sigh. I kind of miss those days!
Thanks again, and let Lorraine and Cindy know how much we enjoyed their cards and creative techniques we learned. Many thanks for having a class so us working gals can attend! It was great, and we felt pampered and special when we were there. You are set up so great to host classes! I love the work stations. I used work stations in my more complicated classes when I used to teach, as it seemed to cut down on the confusion and clutter on the tables. It enabled me to also provide enough tools so everyone would be able to use them without passing them around from table to table. This worked particularly well when I did the serendipity squares at conventions. With so many steps and such a small amount of time (1 to 1 ½ hours), stations certainly helped!
Carole Elmore: Robin, Nancy and Kathie, I just wanted you all to know that I truly enjoyed myself at Brenda's. What a beautiful day it was. The projects were great(such pretty cards) and the company was even better. Our lunch and shopping was the icing on the cake. A good day.
Diana Ackling: I enjoyed the class even though I have trouble keeping up sometimes!! Cindy and Lorraine are very patient and helped when I needed it. The lighting was much better than last year at the Conference Center. I don't really do much crafty stuff throughout the year but it's fun to learn something new and Christmas season brings out the yearning in me..... Thanks
Annie Lewis: I had a good time & enjoyed all the cards at the workshop. It was good to see friends… Thanks to Lorraine & (Cindy) & Cheryl for their hard work behind the scenes and especially you for organization & being there for all our stamping needs.
